Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, with a focus on sheet metal fabrication and Fan Filter Unit (FFU) assembly.
This is a factory-floor leadership role responsible for production execution, team management, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in factory startup, stabilization, and scaling of U.S. operations.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
– Lead daily production activities and supervise shop-floor teams
– Develop and execute production schedules
– Monitor operations and resolve issues in real time
– Optimize manpower and workflow efficiency
Process & Factory Setup
– Support factory startup, layout, workflow, and SOP development
– Ensure scalable and repeatable processes
– Partner with engineering on manufacturability improvements
Quality & Compliance
– Drive quality improvements and corrective actions
– Support audits and inspections
– Ensure compliance with company standards
Safety & Team Management
– Enforce OSHA and safety standards
– Train and develop production staff
– Maintain a disciplined work environment
Continuous Improvement
– Improve productivity and reduce waste
– Identify gaps and implement solutions
Qualifications
Required
– 3+ years manufacturing experience (sheet metal or HVAC preferred)
– Knowledge of punching, stamping, and bending
– Ability to read drawings and BOMs
– Familiar with OSHA safety practices
– Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred
– Factory startup experience
– Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
